Adult Learning Disabilities Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at a supported living service in Thornbury. The service provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, and Down syndrome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with everyday tasks, such as baking, preparing meals, and personal care
- Participate in activities and engage with clients in a meaningful way
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
Shifts and Availability:
Weekdays: 17:30-22:00
Weekends: 7:00-17:30 or 17:30-22:00
About the Service:
The service features five individual homes, a farm, and a common room with arts and crafts facilities. Clients have the opportunity to engage in various activities, including animal care, vegetable gardening, and creating presents for family and friends.
