Support Worker for Adults with Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at a supported living service in Thornbury. The service provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, and Down syndrome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with everyday tasks, such as baking, cooking, and personal care
- Participating in activities and hobbies, such as arts and crafts, woodwork, and animal care
- Working as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe living environment
Shifts and Availability:
Weekdays: 17:30-22:00
Weekends: 7:00-17:30 or 17:30-22:00
About the Service:
The service features five individual homes, a farm, and a common room with arts and crafts facilities. Residents enjoy a sense of community and participate in various activities, including creating veg boxes and selling their produce at a local market.
