Support Worker for Adults with Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities.
About the Role:
- Support individuals with everyday tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Encourage and facilitate participation in activities, such as arts and crafts, sports, and social events.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
