Adult Learning Disabilities Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at a supported living service in Thornbury. The service provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, and Down syndrome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with everyday tasks, such as baking, cooking, and personal care
- Participate in activities and hobbies, such as arts and crafts, woodwork, and animal care
- Contribute to a sense of community and teamwork
Shifts and Availability:
Weekdays: 17:30-22:00
Weekends: 7:00-17:30 or 17:30-22:00
About the Service:
The service features five individual homes, a farm, and a common room with arts and crafts facilities. The team works together to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
We are looking for a Support Worker who is passionate about supporting individuals with learning disabilities and Autism. You will need to be flexible, patient, and able to work as part of a team.
