Job Title: Care AssistantWe're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing companionship, personal care, and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide companionship and social interaction to customers
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Oversee medication and provide medical support
- Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Prepare and cook meals
- Run errands, such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions
- Guaranteed pay contract with consistent hours
- Above-average pay rates, depending on location
- Paid mileage of 35p per mile between calls
- Swift start process, with the ability to begin working immediately
- Early pay app, allowing you to request up to 50% of your pay in advance
- FREE Blue Light card, offering national discounts
- Enhanced bank holiday pay rates
- Generous refer-a-friend scheme
- Support to complete nationally recognized qualifications, including the Care Certificate and NVQs
