Job Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Carer. As a Carer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality personal care to our residents, ensuring their dignity and privacy are respected at all times.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities
- Participate in nursing procedures to support our nursing staff
- Maintain resident records and contribute to care planning
- Assist with serving meals and drinks, and other tasks as required
- Attend and participate in orientation, mandatory, and other training as required
Requirements
- Experience of working with the elderly, preferably in a care home environment
- Level 2 qualification in health and social care or equivalent
Benefits
As an employee, you can expect a competitive rate of pay, with 10% additional pay at weekends and 50% extra pay on Bank holidays. You will also receive a welcome bonus of £100, profit share bonus scheme, excellent induction programme, and opportunities for career development.
