About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Field Technician to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. As an IT Field Technician, you will provide technical support and service fulfilment to our Colleagues across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to IT users in the resolution of reported faults
  • Fulfil service requests made by IT users via the IT Ticketing System
  • Monitor and report on the progress of IT services within the region
  • Support project work as required
Requirements
  • Previous IT Technician or IT Service Desk experience
  • Good working knowledge across a range of end user devices
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Previous experience of a ticketing system is desirable
