Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at Judge Recruitment LTD. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients across the South West and South East regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite ICT support to educational establishments, working closely with our First and Third Line Teams.

  • Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to enhance our services and support offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support role, with a strong understanding of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Classroom, with a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies.

  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A trustworthy individual with a strong sense of integrity, able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • A driving license is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel to client sites.
