Job Summary

Smart 10 Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate office records, and ensuring GDPR compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract drafting and processing new starters and leavers.
  • Process employee benefits, including childcare vouchers and professional subscriptions.
  • Assist with exit interviews and reference checks.
  • Produce letters and reports, and coordinate work experience placements.
  • Support HR tasks, update HR processes, manage absences, and assist with projects.
  • Maintain accurate office records and ensure GDPR compliance.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 3 or qualified by experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, with a strong working knowledge of Excel.
  • Organized and efficient, with a sympathetic and understanding approach.
  • Literacy and grammar skills, with a focus on producing high-quality reports and letters.
