An exciting opportunity to work for a leading professional services firm. The successful candidate will have previous experience in HR and excellent communication skills. This would be a great step up for a HR Admin looking for the next step in their career

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, liaising with hiring managers regarding interviews, reviewing CVs, and managing relationships with recruitment agencies.
  • Issue offer letters and contracts.
  • Onboard new starters, obtain right to work, relevant ID, and DBS checks.
  • Coordinate induction sessions for new starters.
  • Assist with the payroll process and reports.
  • Book training sessions for staff members.
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff regarding HR queries.
  • Manage staff sickness and report on the system.
  • Take notes throughout employee relations meetings.
  • Ensure the HR database is kept up to date with employee records.
