  • Support the administration of exit interviews, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

General Duties:

  • Produce standard letters and changes to contracts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in preparing paperwork for the annual appraisal process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Process childcare vouchers and record payroll information, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Coordinate work experience student placements, ensuring a positive and productive experience for all parties involved.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of HR processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the benefit portal and medicash, ensuring accurate and timely administration.

Requirements:

  • Ideal qualifications include CIPD Level 3 or QBE.
  • Proficiency in MS software, Outlook, and People HR is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • A hands-on, flexible, and proactive approach to work, with a 'can-do' attitude.
