About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Macmillan Davies. As an HR Advisor, you will provide HR support and guidance to all areas of the business, responding to queries in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support and guidance to all areas of the business
  • Support on Recruitment processes and Interviews
  • Run the Reward & Recognition scheme
  • Take ownership of the Internal Social Media/Comms platforms
Requirements
  • HR Advisor with experience in managing disciplinary/grievance processes
  • A passion for Employee Experience
  • CIPD qualified or educated to Degree level
  • Up to date working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Excellent communication skills, a people person with a positive can-do approach
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of HR systems and IT packages
