The Role: Lead Digital Sales Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Digital Sales Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across our diverse portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive digital sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate key relationships with brand partners, media agencies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to secure lucrative partnerships and advertising opportunities.
  • Manage a high-performing team of sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in managing digital sales teams within the media or technology sector.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present proposals and close deals.
  • In-depth understanding of digital advertising platforms, marketing strategies, and industry best practices.
