About the Role

Bell Integration - Driving Digital Transformation is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation strategies to drive high-quality leads and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive high-quality leads and revenue growth
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target personas, provide market segmentation, and leverage opportunities and value propositions
  • Partner with the sales team to understand sales drivers, sales objections, and align on priorities to capitalize on opportunities
  • Work with external agencies to achieve the appropriate marketing reach and pipeline
  • Analyze performance of campaigns, monitor progress toward goals, and modify approach as needed
  • Leverage marketing technology to provide reporting, tracking, and accountability
  • Grow and manage a digital campaign specialist

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B growth marketing, focusing on early-stage growth
  • Proven track record of crafting marketing strategies and plans that drive leads that convert to pipeline and revenue
  • Expertise in managing the B2B lead funnel, from lead MQL to SQL to opportunity to close
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and prospecting list and intent tools
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate and direct multiple stakeholders, messaging, prospect data, content assets mix, timing, and multi-channel campaign execution
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and pull meaningful insights from quantitative and qualitative data
  • Experience partnering with external agencies and leading/influencing internal content and creative teams
  • Experience in planning and maintaining campaign budgets and proving value and ROI
  • Excellent communication and team player skills
