Job Description

Digital Trading Assistant Role

As a Digital Trading Assistant, you will be part of the Digital Trading Team, driving sales through workflow management of campaigns and promotions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting on digital trade, highlighting key information
  • Analysis of best sellers and stock levels in reaction to trade performance and upcoming promotional activity to optimize online sales
  • Producing insight information for both internal and external discussions
  • Prioritizing workflow in reaction to communications of upcoming campaigns and promotions
  • Ensuring products have the required product content to launch online and working with teams to resolve any issues to optimize sales on site
  • Supporting the delivery of seasonal promotions and campaign edits in line with the company trading calendar
  • Optimizing customer experience during daily site walks and data analysis, to drive categorization or product content improvements
  • Maintaining internal relationships, ensuring a strong understanding of seasonal priorities and launches
  • Participating in projects or carrying out any other duties that may benefit the company
  • Managing key internal and external stakeholders, utilizing appropriate communication and people management methods
  • Being an active and positive contributor to the team, always willing to represent the digital trading team and prepared to go the extra mile

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Valid working rights for the EMEA countries
  • Education to A Level standard or equivalent, preferably within a business or numeric-related subject
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple teams
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and organize your own workload
  • Advanced Excel skills
