Position Summary: We are looking for an Office Administration Coordinator who possesses relevant administrative experience and is proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meticulously review all documentation to identify any errors or omissions.
  • Ensure all forms are accurately completed and properly signed.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to tasks.

Working Conditions:

  • Standard office hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
