The Dove Partnership is a dynamic and growing organization seeking a highly skilled Sales and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales and Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand our product range to provide accurate information to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining and updating our CRM database.
  • Process customer inquiries and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Proactively target new and existing accounts to increase sales revenue.
  • Upsell products and services to existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with Sage and CRM systems is a distinct advantage.
  • Proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
