Job Summary:

Huntress is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production and Sales Administrator to join our team. As a key point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for scheduling and processing orders, liaising with the Production Manager, and ensuring customer records are up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Schedule and process orders and quotations using our in-house system
  • Liaise with the Production Manager to ensure orders and quotations are followed up
  • Update customer records with technical data and designs for the Production team
  • Coordinate customer visits to assess requirements and take detailed measurements
  • Support with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Assist with process management duties to ensure health and safety is maintained
  • Use CRM and other software systems to maintain customer contact details and documentation

Requirements:

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM, and Sage
  • Background in Technology, Technical Design, or Engineering desirable but not essential
