About the Role:
Smart Search Technical Ltd is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Officer to join our team. As a key member of our sales administration team, you will play a vital role in supporting our national and international customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the in-house commercial contact, providing excellent customer service to both national and international clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales revenue.
Work closely with fellow Internal Sales Officers to manage customer expectations proactively.
Create and follow up on quotes, and liaise with external sales teams, as well as planning and purchasing departments.
Requirements:
Proven account management experience with at least 2 years in sales support or customer service roles.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SYSPRO, CRM, or QuoteWerks would be an advantage (training provided).
Working Arrangements:
Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00 or 08:00 - 16:30
Hybrid working arrangement (at least 2 days in the office)
Salary:
£27,000 - £30,000, depending on experience
