Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the supply chain team, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete journey of a purchase order, from creation to receipt in our UK warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track the full lifecycle of purchase orders, from creation to receipt in the UK warehouse.
• Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve potential supply chain issues, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Coordinate with global suppliers and third-party logistics providers to ensure container space is maximized, shipments depart on time, and goods clear customs efficiently.
• Plan deliveries into the third-party warehouse and manage stock from arrival to being released into inventory.
• Run and analyze reports using MS Excel, ensuring accurate data management and tracking.
• Communicate effectively with overseas suppliers, especially in the Far East, via email to address any challenges or delays.
• Continuously seek process improvements and contribute to optimizing supply chain efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing the end-to-end supply chain process, from purchase order creation to warehouse delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve supply chain issues independently.
• Excellent communication skills, especially when working with international suppliers and logistics partners.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, with the ability to run reports, manipulate data, and analyze trends.
• A proactive, process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• A collaborative team player with a flexible attitude towards a fast-paced work environment.
