Huntress is seeking a highly motivated and organized Production and Sales Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating production and sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Order Management: Schedule and process orders, quotations, and customer requests using our in-house system, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
- Communication: Liaise with the Production Manager to ensure orders and quotations are followed up, and coordinate visits for customers to assess their requirements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including technical data and designs for the Production team.
- Administrative Support: Provide general office support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying, as well as assisting with process management duties to ensure health and safety is maintained.
- Technology: Utilize our CRM system and other software systems to maintain customer contact details and documentation.
Requirements:
