Job Title: Production Controller

At The Delta Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Controller to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Account Management team and Production Manager to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage the operational process of product manufacturing, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimizing production costs and timings.
  • Ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations, and that any issues are escalated and resolved promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest MIS systems, product, material, and technical processes development to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in print production, with a strong understanding of print production practices and processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data to inform production decisions.
  • High level of attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, with a flexible and adaptable approach to priorities and business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
