Bilfinger UK is a prominent provider of engineering and maintenance services, catering to clients in various sectors including chemical & petrochemical, nuclear, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals & biopharma, power & energy, utilities, renewables, and food & beverage. Our mission is to optimize asset performance, ensuring high availability while minimizing maintenance expenses.
Key Responsibilities
• Timesheet Management – Collect and verify timesheets from site supervisors.
• Payroll Input – Enter timesheet data into the payroll system (M-power).
• Supply Chain Support – Assist with purchasing for multiple contracts and projects, including obtaining quotes and placing orders.
• SAP Administration – Perform general administrative tasks within SAP, such as raising requisitions and managing the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) process while maintaining accurate records.
• Equipment Management – Organize documentation for hired plant and equipment, aiding in the ongoing hire process.
• Attendance Tracking – Update the POB tracker to monitor attendance, including holidays.
• Communication – Handle phone inquiries and forward necessary documents to HR/Payroll.
• Qualification Processing – Manage trade assessment forms and validate employee qualifications using the onboarding tracker.
• General Administrative Tasks – Execute various administrative duties as required.
