Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate communication to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Coordinate the organization of events and functions within the waterway, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.
  • Provide administrative support to the waterway team, including managing post, booking meetings, and organizing occupational health visits.
  • Produce accurate and well-presented reports to support business needs.
  • Maintain accurate and organized systems of records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Utilize SAP to provide financial and administrative services, ensuring effective ordering and management of materials and supplies.
  • Support the effective running of welcome stations across the waterway.
  • Embody the Trust's values and behaviors at all times, promoting diversity and inclusion in all aspects of Trust life.

About You:

  • NVQ Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent.
  • GCSE in Maths and English.
  • Experience in customer service and administration, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Confident and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
