Job Title: Customer Support Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate communication to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Coordinate the organization of events and functions within the waterway, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.
  • Provide administrative support to the waterway team, including managing post, booking meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Produce clear and concise reports to support business needs, utilizing data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized systems of records, ensuring easy retrieval and access to information.
  • Utilize SAP to provide financial and administrative services to the waterway, ensuring effective ordering and management of materials and supplies.
  • Support the effective running of welcome stations across the waterway, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Embody the Trust's values and behaviors at all times, promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization.

About You:

  • NVQ Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent.
  • GCSE in Maths and English.
  • Experience in customer service, administration, and SAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Confident in the use of MS Office software, with a strong attention to detail.
