The Supported Lodgings Coordinator role is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a high level of expertise and dedication.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of the Supported Lodgings service, working closely with young people, hosts, and other stakeholders to provide a safe and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing the needs and risk of young people referred to the service, developing and implementing individualized support plans to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Recruiting, training, and managing hosts, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality support to young people.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote the service and ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to young people, hosts, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of young people experiencing homelessness, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines.
