Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate communication to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
- Coordinate events and functions within the waterway, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.
- Manage administrative tasks, including post, meeting organization, occupational health visits, training, and equipment servicing.
- Produce clear and concise reports to support business needs.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.
- Utilize SAP to provide financial and administrative services, ensuring effective ordering and notification processes.
- Support the effective running of welcome stations across the waterway.
- Embody the Trust's values and behaviors, promoting diversity and inclusion in all aspects of Trust life.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent.
- GCSE in Maths and English.
- Basic knowledge of working safely.
- Experience in budget management and SAP.
- Proven customer service and administration experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Good personal presentation, especially when interacting with customers.
