Brook Street Recruitment is seeking a skilled Digital Telesales Professional to join a prestigious client in a dynamic business environment.
Role Summary
As a Telesales Executive, you will engage with existing small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) customers across various industries, utilizing online demonstration software to sell, cross-sell, and up-sell digital solutions, including websites, social media advertising, Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC) services, and the UK's leading online directory.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote digital products and services.
- Sell, cross-sell, and up-sell client offerings to existing customers.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Achieve telesales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ideal Candidate
Ambitious, charismatic, self-motivated, and resilient individuals with a strong influencer mindset are encouraged to apply. Previous outbound telesales experience is preferred, but other sales experience is also considered. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Working Hours
The successful candidate will work a standard Monday to Friday schedule with flexible hours to accommodate business needs.
Benefits
- Competitive basic salary of £26,000.
- Uncapped commission structure with realistic earning potential of £38,500 - £41,500 per annum.
- Top performers can earn up to £80,000 per annum.
