About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to align with our company's mission to deliver cutting-edge business solutions.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, serving as a trusted advisor on bespoke business solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, aiming to significantly increase market share within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and delivery, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, positioning our company as the preferred business solutions provider.
Requirements
  • Proven success in consultative sales and relationship management, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, capable of understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Willingness to travel across Ireland to engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a hands-on approach to business development.
