Your responsibilities

In this role, you will take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Front of House, ensuring smooth functioning across all areas and delivering seamless guest experiences.
  • Be accountable for providing an outstanding guest experience.
  • Support and guide your team to ensure cohesive service delivery in line with our standards.
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction and documenting incidents for follow-up.
  • Participate in necessary meetings, including daily briefings.
  • Maintain a visible presence in the lobby during peak times, welcoming guests and ensuring VIPs receive special attention.
  • Engage with guests throughout their stay, making them feel at home and promoting hotel services.
  • Oversee team training and performance, ensuring daily monitoring and support.
  • Prepare daily reports, including nightly summaries as needed.
  • Conduct daily inspections of Front of House and guest areas.
  • Follow up on guest inquiries and complaints from the day.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our values daily.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and ensure all required certifications are current.
  • Be flexible with work hours to meet the needs of the hotel.
