We are seeking a remarkable AGM to guarantee the smooth functioning of our dining establishment through exemplary team leadership and service execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee standards and quality across all facets of the dining establishment and front-of-house operations
  • Provide close support and alignment with the site General Manager
  • Direct management of front-of-house and hospitality personnel
  • Conduct daily briefings on operational functions, setup, and coordinate with back-of-house as necessary
  • Perform weekly inventory assessments
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Address and respond to all client and customer feedback
  • Create processes aimed at operational excellence
  • Handle financial and departmental administrative tasks
  • Assume ownership and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all quality control and hygiene standards at all times
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
