About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Wellbeing and Lifestyle Assistant to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle Operations Ltd. As a Wellbeing and Lifestyle Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing a range of activities and services that cater to their physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a daily schedule of activities that promote resident engagement and well-being
  • Organize and lead group activities, events, and outings that cater to residents' interests and abilities
  • Provide one-on-one support and companionship to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and personal care
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure that residents' needs are met and their care plans are implemented
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of resident-centered care plans
Requirements
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Full, clean driving license
  • Working knowledge of health and safety legislation
  • Level 2 (QCF) Supporting Activities Provision in Social Care (desirable)
