Your Responsibilities

You will take pride in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience:

    • Oversee the operations of the Front of House to guarantee a seamless experience for all guests.
    • Be accountable for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
    • Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring cohesive service delivery in line with our standards.
    • Manage and resolve guest complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction and documenting incidents for follow-up.
    • Participate in necessary meetings, including daily briefings.
    • Maintain a visible presence in the lobby, especially during peak times, to greet guests and ensure VIPs are welcomed.
    • Engage with guests throughout their stay to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote hotel services.
    • Oversee the training and performance of team members, ensuring consistent monitoring and development.
    • Prepare daily reports and documentation as required.
    • Conduct end-of-day operations using the hotel’s management system when necessary.
    • Create daily briefing materials.
    • Distribute report packs to department heads.
    • Coordinate with all hotel departments to anticipate and meet guest needs.
    • Conduct daily inspections of Front of House and guest areas.
    • Follow up on guest inquiries and complaints from the day.
    • Embody our values daily as a brand ambassador for Coworth Park.
    • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Maintain current certifications as required for the role.
    • Be prepared to undertake additional tasks as necessary.
    • Be flexible with work hours to meet the needs of the hotel.

Your Qualifications
