We are seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead our Fego team. As a DAY ONLY business, we require weekend and bank holiday availability.

Fego is a relaxed, warm home-from-home restaurant with South African roots, offering our guests a no-rules environment with friendly service and delicious, comforting, freshly made food.

We have incredibly busy restaurants that require a manager who can think on their feet, be proactive, and be part of service, balancing running the site, managing the team, and hosting guests.

At Fego, we are a family with no front-of-house/back-of-house divides; we work as one team to achieve together, with great communication and collaboration.

The Role:

As the manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the site, completing rotas and stock takes, managing KPIs and costs to keep the restaurant profitable.

You will oversee an established, experienced, and hardworking team, ensuring their development and training continues.

Manage events and 'extras' outside of normal service, such as Royal Ascot Week.

Requirements:

At least 3 years' previous experience as a manager of a restaurant.

Ability to work using initiative and with limited instruction.

Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage time with a flexible approach.

Work well as part of a team, with strong leadership and management skills.

Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced restaurant, leading the team from the front on the floor as part of service.
