Blue Arrow is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Operations Lead to join our team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our restaurant, upholding exceptional service standards and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Lead with Excellence: Manage and maintain high standards across all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house operations and customer experience.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the General Manager to implement operational strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Team Development: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the front-of-house and hospitality team, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, including briefings, setup coordination, and communication with back-of-house staff.
  • Resource Management: Conduct weekly stock-takes, ensuring accurate inventory control and efficient resource allocation.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Customer Focus: Promptly address customer feedback and concerns, striving for exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive operational excellence.
  • Financial Acumen: Manage departmental finances effectively, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.
  • Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all quality control and hygiene standards are consistently met.
