Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Deputy General Manager to ensure the effective operation of our restaurant through 5-star team management and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Standards & Quality: Oversee the maintenance of high standards and quality across all areas of the restaurant and front-of-house operation.
- Alignment with Site GM: Maintain close alignment and support to the site General Manager to ensure seamless operation.
- Line Management: Lead and manage the front-of-house and hospitality team to achieve exceptional service delivery.
- Daily Briefings: Provide daily briefings on restaurant functions, setup, and liaise with the back-of-house team as needed.
- Weekly Stock-Takes: Conduct weekly stock-takes to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure operational excellence.
- Client Feedback: Receive and respond to all client and customer feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Develop processes to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Financial Administration: Manage financial and departmental administration to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Health & Safety: Own and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Quality Control & Hygiene: Ensure all quality control and hygiene systems are achieved at all times to maintain a 5-star reputation.
Requirements:
- Management Experience: 2+ years of experience in a management position.
