Job Overview

Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated individual with strong organizational, communication, and secretarial skills to join our administrative team. This position requires the candidate to work from our office in Coventry. The role is full-time, with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the administrative team, providing comprehensive and efficient support to both clinicians and management. You will collaborate within a skilled team to facilitate the delivery of clinical services in the Adult Neurodevelopmental project. As a Band 3 Administrative Support member, you will be essential in overseeing the daily tasks of Band 2 Administrative Support colleagues.

Your role will involve standardizing administrative support across the Trust to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided to clinical teams. We are looking for individuals who embrace change, support service improvements, and can foster effective working relationships while being approachable and flexible in their work approach.

Job Duties

The role entails a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support to clinicians and managers.
  • Attending meetings to take minutes and transcribe notes promptly.
  • Managing and prioritizing your workload effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate records and information systems.
  • Demonstrating excellent customer care skills and empathy towards service users.

Required Qualifications

Essential

  • Good General Education (e.g., GCSE English and Maths A-C).
  • QCF Business Administration Level 2.
  • QCF Customer Service Level 2.

Required Experience

Essential

  • Experience in a busy office or customer care environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
