We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as an Adult Autism Support Worker. As a key member of our therapeutic support team, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviors, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our dedicated therapeutic support team to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records of support provided.
  • Support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies that promote their physical and mental health.
  • Empower individuals to develop life skills, including managing their finances, cooking, and maintaining their own home.
Requirements
  • Experience of supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to empowering individuals and promoting their independence.
