Job Summary:
Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team, providing extensive administrative support to our business. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be accountable for the smooth and efficient running of our office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Building a Collaborative Environment: Act as the main point of contact for all incoming queries and visitors to the office.
- Effective Diary and Travel Management: Manage conflicting diaries across the business.
- Inbox Management: Escalate urgent emails to be actioned within tight deadlines.
- Proof-reading Documentation: Ensure accuracy and quality of all documentation.
- Expense Management: Manage and process expenses in a timely and efficient manner.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including raising purchase orders, setting up new vendors and supplier payments, raising sales orders and invoices using SAP.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety compliance standards and GDPR processes.
- Organizational Events: Organize social events, volunteer days, and staff training days.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience within an administrative support role, preferably working to Senior Director or C-Suite Level, within financial services, legal services, or property sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a natural and strong communicator.
- Initiative and Decision-making: Ability to work on their own initiative and have good decision-making skills.
