About the Role

Your new company has recently relocated their accounts team to a new office in Coventry, and they're looking to expand their team as their sales in the construction industry continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the accounts team with administrative tasks, including raising purchase orders, managing the accounts email address, and handling queries over the phone.
  • Process sales invoices and provide ad hoc administrative support as needed.
  • Work with a lovely team that's relatively new, offering a great opportunity to learn and grow with the company.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an accounts role is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, as you'll be working with various teams across the business.
  • Being well-organized and comfortable with MS Excel and Word are beneficial.
