ASA Recruitment is seeking a dedicated individual to become a vital part of our Corporate Accounts Team as an IT Client Relationship Manager.
Your primary workplace will be our Glasgow Office, with occasional responsibilities at our Edinburgh Office, both located centrally.
Your daily tasks will encompass managing client accounts, sourcing and evaluating candidates for various positions, and ensuring that our clients' hiring needs are met with accuracy and excellence.

Additionally, we have an uncapped bonus structure where your earning potential is directly tied to your effort and commitment to the role.
Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with an early finish at 5 PM on Fridays.
You will receive on-the-job training, off-the-job training, e-learning opportunities, and personalized coaching to support your unique development needs.
Our benefits include 31 days of holiday entitlement, which can increase to a maximum of 38 days based on your length of service, along with an additional day off for your birthday if you maintain low absence levels throughout the year.
