The Role: Strategic Account Director

We seek a dynamic and experienced Strategic Account Director to lead and manage key client accounts within our agency. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans, overseeing project delivery, and cultivating strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring seamless project execution and exceeding client expectations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic counsel.
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in account management within a creative agency setting, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful communication strategies that drive results.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
