A prominent media publishing and events organization is in search of a highly motivated and results-oriented media sales account manager.

The Account Manager will oversee a distinguished portfolio, providing recruitment advertising solutions across the company's leading print and digital platforms, and will be responsible for managing one Sales Support Executive.

This role involves close collaboration with the Commercial Director to manage and grow an existing client base, pursue new business opportunities, and represent the company's esteemed brands.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional telephone etiquette, and a confident, engaging personality. Attention to detail and a deep understanding of target customers are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

· Surpassing sales targets as outlined by the Commercial Director

· Selling advertising packages via telephone while exceeding call time KPIs

· Creating new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with current clients

· Analyzing client performance data, suggesting enhancements, and upselling to achieve revenue goals

· Recommending digital and print products tailored to client needs, utilizing audience data and recruitment advertising expertise

Management of Sales Support Executive

Candidate Profile:

  • Approximately 2 years of experience in media sales, preferably with a background in recruitment advertising
  • Experience in selling advertising across both print and digital mediums
  • Results-driven approach
  • Confident phone demeanor with outstanding communication abilities
