A prominent media publishing and events organization is in search of a highly motivated and results-oriented media sales account manager.

The Account Manager will oversee a distinguished portfolio, offering recruitment advertising solutions across the client's leading print and digital platforms, and will have direct oversight of a Sales Support Executive.

This role involves close collaboration with the Commercial Director to manage and grow an existing client portfolio, while also pursuing new business opportunities and representing the esteemed brands of the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional telephone etiquette, and a confident, engaging personality. A meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of target customers are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

· Surpassing sales objectives as outlined by the Commercial Director

· Promoting advertising packages via telephone, consistently exceeding call time KPIs

· Cultivating new business prospects and fostering strong relationships with current clients

· Analyzing client performance data, suggesting enhancements, and upselling to achieve revenue goals

· Advising clients on digital and print offerings tailored to their needs and optimal performance, utilizing audience insights and general recruitment advertising expertise

Management Duties: Oversight of the Sales Support Executive

Candidate Profile:

  • Approximately 2 years of experience in media sales, preferably with a background in recruitment advertising
  • Proven track record in selling advertising across both print and digital channels
