The Account Manager will oversee a distinguished portfolio, offering recruitment advertising solutions across the company's top-tier print and digital platforms, along with direct management of a Sales Support Executive.

This role involves close collaboration with the Commercial Director, focusing on managing and expanding an established client base, securing new business opportunities, and representing the company's esteemed brands.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional telephone etiquette, and a confident, engaging personality. A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to understanding target customers are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

· Surpassing sales targets as outlined by the Commercial Director

· Promoting advertising packages via telephone, consistently exceeding call time KPIs

· Cultivating new business prospects and fostering positive relationships with current clients

· Analyzing client performance data, suggesting enhancements, and upselling to achieve revenue goals

· Advising clients on digital and print products tailored to their needs and performance metrics, utilizing audience insights and general recruitment advertising expertise
