Position Overview

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency of our Sales and Marketing Team.

Design and Task Management:

  • Email Management Expert: Handle requests, update schedules, and oversee software management.
  • Invoice Specialist: Process, log, and address inquiries with expertise.
  • Canva Specialist: Develop and manage templates that enhance our team's and schools' visual appeal.

Marketing Campaign Contributor:

  • Engage in marketing initiatives and campaigns throughout the year.
  • Assist with marketing launches and uploads each term.

Sales Administration Professional:

  • Bid Coordination: Establish bid plans and maintain timelines.
  • Schedule Organizer: Coordinate calendars for our sales and operations teams.
  • Invoice Processing: Oversee and manage sales-related invoices.
  • Generate impressive monthly board reports.

Marketing and Event Support:

  • Advertisement and Article Coordinator: Ensure timely submissions for ads and articles.
  • Event Organizer: Assist in planning roadshows, conferences, and awards ceremonies.
  • Participate in creative meetings and brainstorming sessions.

General Administrative Support:

  • Tender Management: Set up bid plans, manage design schedules, and conduct strategy discussions.
  • Presentation Preparation: Organize tender documents, arrange pre-presentation meetings, and schedule rehearsals.
  • Telesales Assistance: Provide campaign lists, manage follow-ups, and keep sales reports updated.
  • CRM Oversight: Maintain current opportunities, save tenders, and update win/loss records.
  • Site Visit Coordination: Arrange and manage site visits.
  • Conference Management: Handle RSVPs, logistics, and accommodations for events.
