Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join our team at IDEX Consulting. As a key member of our financial services team, you will provide administrative support to our advisers, ensuring the smooth delivery of financial services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Provide exceptional client service, including phone calls, meeting arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Diary Management: Organize and manage the diaries of our advisers, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare client agreements, meeting packs, and other documents as required.
  • Communication: Draft client communications, including suitability reports, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Post-Meeting Actions: Manage post-meeting actions, including follow-up tasks and client feedback.
  • Technology Support: Utilize existing and new technology to deliver support in a profitable manner.

Support to the Managing Director

  • Diary Management: Manage the diary of the Managing Director, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Action Management: Manage actions, prepare meeting agendas and papers, and work with clients as required.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, platforms, and websites, including Cashcalc, FE analytics, and Dynamic Planner.
  • Financial Knowledge: Understanding and knowledge of financial services products, providers, and regulation.
