We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Disabilities Trust. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our management team and business administrator, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Main Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the management team, including processing emails, prioritizing tasks, and monitoring deadlines.
- Manage incoming post, read and distribute relevant information to stakeholders.
- Request and compile briefing materials for meetings and other events.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and business plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external services to ensure efficient communication and paperwork.
- Provide typing services, using word processing software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with staff at all levels, ensuring the efficient distribution of information.
