About the Role

NHS Scotland is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring the smooth operation of our adult community mental health services across Glasgow City HSCP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including reception duties, data input, and record management
  • Deliver an effective and efficient secretarial and administrative service to the team
  • Assist with general typing and other administrative tasks as required
