This position offers a permanent contract with a commitment of at least 40 hours per week. Shifts will vary, requiring availability across any five days of the week, including weekends. The annual salary for this role is set at £25,000, with monthly payments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute concierge responsibilities by warmly welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage handling, and collaborating closely with the reception team to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Maintain a consistently high standard of guest service in alignment with our core values, ensuring every guest feels valued and recognized.
  • Perform valet parking tasks, which include driving and parking both guest vehicles and the hotel’s car.
  • Work in tandem with various departments, particularly reception, to foster effective communication and proactively assist with additional tasks as needed, such as delivering room service and responding to guest inquiries.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in a concierge or doorman role is highly preferred.
  • The physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle guest luggage.
  • A full UK driving license held for a minimum of five years, with a minimum age of 30 for insurance purposes.
